The product, in the report: 8WWDC207 ANGELES COMP ADJUST WHITE CLEARVIEW CRIB
I purchased two ANGELES COMP ADJUST WHITE CLEARVIEW CRIB from Discount School Supply on 3/13/2012, but they were not assembled and placed into service until October 20, 2014 because of construction delays of our child care center.
The hardware is literally falling out of these two cribs. A toddler shook the rail of his crib today, and the upper bolt holding the side rail to the end of the crib fell out. The other three bolts holding the crib together were also loose. When I checked the other crib, all four bolts were loose, and one bolt had separated from the cam nut. The child was not injured because a caregiver was present and immediately removed the child from the crib.
Having all of the bolts coming loose after only two months of use is a serious safety concern. I am not having this problem with my metal cribs.
