The product, in the report: Foam bath sponge mat

I bought a Munchkin Safety Baby Bath Cradle September 6th, 2012. On Saturday 29, 2012 I noticed that the blue quarter shape temp indicator was missing. I thought that it went down the drain. While I was putting my babies pajamas on after bath time I found it, stuck to the roof of her mouth!!!! The warm bath water must have slowly loosened it from the glue used to adhere it to the foam. My precious baby could have choked and DIED in her sleep. This product MUST BE RECALLED!!! Please help to save the lives of innocent babies whose mothers are just trying to keep them safe from bumps in the bath by using this product!!!
