The product, in the report: Summer Infant Lil Luxuries Bubbling Whirlpool and Shower in pink. Hard plastic pink and white tub with a cloth material and plastic bathing insert for babies. Has a removable spa attachment that has a shower and bubbles option.

I was bathing my daughter in the Summer Infant tub. She is 5 months old and does not yet sit up on her own. I was using the bathing insert for support for her. As the material of the head support got wet it seemed to stretch out. It stretched so much that it was no longer right around the frame. It collapsed inward, causing her head to drop down into the tub. There is so warning of the possibility of the material stretching and causing this kind of accident. This could’ve easily been a very serious injury. I tried to contact the Summer Infant brand by phone, email and Facebook, none of which were successfully. I haven’t received a response from the email or Facebook message and I was never even able to get through by phone.
