The product, in the report: Safety First’s foam crib rail guards
I purchased Safety First’s foam crib rail guards and placed them on my baby’s crib. My daughter is 11 months old. She was able to chew through the foam and I would find pieces of the black foam in her mouth.
When I removed the foam, the glue would not come off. i emailed the company to ask about the toxicity of the glue and to warn them of the foam and have received no reply.
