The product, in the report: Rockland Convertible Crib in Coffee Serial no. 0924657

My 19 month old son woke up crying in the crib. When i went to check on him, he was not in the crib. My husband picked the crib up to find him under it. Upon inspection of the crib, the bottom screws on each side holding the entire back of the crib had come completely out. When he rolled over in the crib, the back of the crib opened like a trap door causing him to fall to the ground. We are thankful that he was not injured but we are aware of how much worse it could have gone.
