The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 23, 2013, sent to the company Dec 3, 2013, published by CPSC Dec 17, 2013
The product, in the report: Pali Aria Collection Forever Crib in Mocacchino Product Dimensions 58 x 32.5 x 53.5
My 14 month old son was able to hoist himself out of his crib even though the mattress has been placed on the lowest setting. He sustained only minor bumps, but I feel we got lucky this time. With the mattress lowered all the way, the front rail of the crib only comes up to his chest. It is entirely to easy for a toddler with a little bit of upper body strength to pull himself or herself over the rail.
