We installed this crib conversion kit http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?ItemId=1cc3c64&GrpTyp=PRD per the instructions on this crib http://reviews.jcpenney.com/1573/161352/baby-room-tori-package-2nd-edition-reviews/reviews.htm.
One night when putting my daughter to sleep while we were both on the bed it collapsed. The side rails on one side split in half on one end. After inspecting them it is rather apparent that the side railings are not sturdy enough to support a full size bed and they are definitely not sturdy enough when installed with only one screw and one wood dowel rod on each side. Not sure who designed these crib rails but this is irresponsible.
