The product, in the report: Dream on ME Synergy 5 in 1 convertible crib, model number 657, manufacture date JAN 2018, manufacture code SY.

My grandson who is 17 months old, earlier today, July 5, 2019, had his leg and foot stuck in between these slats which are almost 4 fingers apart NOT 2 fingers apart like your website states crib slats should be. This product clearly should NOT be on the market as others have reported similar incidents to Amazon, which is where I purchased this. Had I read ALL of the reviews, clearly I would have NOT purchased this crib. I have thrown it in the trash and my trash will not be collected for days if you need any pictures from this I can provide them. Amazon is sending a full refund. This is very DANGEROUS and needs to be addressed immediately. If parents/grandpartents/caretakers are NOT watching the child while sleeping, this could be fatal as the child cries bloody murder for H E L P !

Plainfield NJ 07080 Style 655 MFG code sy Date of MFG may 2015 Espresso color convertible crib I have tons of pictures but having a hard time loading them. Email me and I’ll send them [REDACTED] I am a triplet mom and have 2 more of these exact cribs. I’m scared to have my other children sleep in them. After talking to several friends there is a number of people that have had these cribs break and the company won’t do anything.

My son like most babies that learn to stand. Will stand up in his crib and shake the sides. Yesterday he broke the sides of the crib by shaking it. Thankfully he wasn’t injured but this could have happened to someone else. It’s a huge danger. I contacted the company and they don’t care one bit. I have multiple pictures the company is Dream on me.

The product, in the report: Dream on Me, Violet 7 in 1 Convertible Life Style Crib, Choose Your Finish 5.0 stars 12 reviews ratings Q&A By: Dream On Me Walmart #: 552217471

I bought two cribs on line from Walmart. My 2.5 year old has gotten his leg stuck in one of them 3 times since December 4 2014 when we first got it. It was stuck so bad it took three of us to get it out my husband had to hold him up and my daughter and I had to pull on the slats. We have not used the other crib yet. They are exactly the same and have informed Walmart about the safety issues. His leg was black and blue. We tried emailing Walmart and the maker of the crib and have not gotten a response. This is the crib. It needs to be recalled. We do Foster Care and have had many children and many cribs and this has never happened.

The product, in the report: Mini Crib

First we had emailed to [REDACTED] Recall Specialist at Dream on Me (baby cribs) 11.15.2011 about the recall we had seen online. After corresponding on email several times, she informed us that the date on our crib was not part of the recall. (I have record of those emails if needed.) We were told that the crib recall was due to the drop side, and the materials used.

After that, when my son was approximately 16 months old (ish) we had a major issue with the crib. We NEVER received a crib replacement, and had an issue where our son fell between the crib side and the bottom (it gave way, the screws didn’t stay in place even thought tightened with [REDACTED] wrench.) We ended up re-tightening and securing the area to itself with [REDACTED] heavy duty restraints to keep from separating. We then transferred him into a toddler bed with extra side rails, because we felt the crib wasn’t safe. I haven’t had the time to follow up with this, and always wanted to contact the company. I however was contacted recently (06.23.14) from U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. I would LOVE to send you the crib (of course being reimbursed for shipping, or have someone come pick it up to see what safety issue I’m referring to.) We would also like receive an updated replacement if possible. We really would like you to see see what happened with this crib so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Luckily we were there, and heard him crying it could have been a lot worse, which is every parents nightmare.

The product, in the report: Dream on Me, Inc. 125 Helen Street, S. Plainfield, NJ 07080 (908) 791-0555. This was a 3 in 1 convertible portable crib, style no. 626 manufacture date October 2012

My 14 month old daughter was injured in the front crib slat of the Dream on Me Inc. 3 in 1 convertible crib, style no. 626 mfg. October 2012 on 6/13/14. Looking at the front of the crib, she got her knee wedged in the front of the crib, 2nd or 3rd front slat from the right side of the front, and had twisted her body so she was stuck. She was screaming her head off and this left bruising on her knee and thigh. If I had been in the shower or something, she would have broken her leg.

The product, in the report: Dream on me foldable mini crib

My son (14 month old, approx 22 lbs, 29 inches long) was sleeping in the “dream on me” foldable mini crib that we purchased from Walmart in 2011 and the bottom support on the narrow end crib rail completely separated from the crib in the corner which caused his head to become lodged in the corner. He didn’t sustain any injuries because we heard him but he easily could have sustain serious or fatal injuries if we hadn’t. The upper support was also loose.

We bought the following crib from WalMart and this crib has caused our baby grandchildren being stuck between the rails and too wide of space that’s left open by mattress not fitting properly. This affects ANY baby crib mattress including the one recommended with the crib ( the one we have bought) - no crib mattress will fit this crib to it’s proper dimensions. It is not safe because the space between the rails and the mattress is too wide where the child can get stuck/fall in between the rails and mattress space - also the child can get stuck with their arms or legs/feet in between the rails.

The product name at WalMart is: Dream On Me - 2-in-1 Folding, Full-Size Crib, White; Color: White
