Eleven year old [REDACTED] a handicapped boy died by his neck being stuck in the bed frame between the drop side rail and the foot board. This bed is on a recall list release #10-272. I am the Chief Deputy Coroner, [REDACTED] on the case, my cell is [REDACTED]. The Johnson County Sheriff Dept is investigating as well case# [REDACTED].
