The product, in the report: Bradford 4-in-1 Stages crib

In March of 2011 we received a Bradford 4-in-1 stages crib made by Storkcraft as a baby shower gift. When we assembled it, it seemed fine, but within a week, I noticed the front rail/panel was loose and had at least an inch of movement in it. When I called Storkcraft to inquire about it, the told me that the hardware must be faulty, but in order to send me new hardware, I MUST provide them with a receipt, and when I informed them that it was a GIFT and I didn’t receive a receipt, they informed me that they couldn’t help me without a receipt. My concern is that my baby is now 6 months old and starting to pull herself up, and with so much give in the front rail/panel, the rail/panel is going to give and she is going to fall out of the crib.
