The product, in the report: Bertini Pembrooke 5in1 convertible crib
Baby crib is unsafe for infants, especially once the child is able to pull up. The baby crib (Bertini Pembrooke 5in1) wood is uneven and finish coat is not applied correctly. Several splinters from wood cannot allow my son to sleep in the crib due to the wood splintering. There are reviews that mention this issue as well. I contacted bertini hoping to resolve the issue, however, they send me out a new part with the same issue that I called and reported it for. Unsure what else to do as this crib retails for $500-$1,000 depending on if its on sale. Anyhow the crib needs to be recalled as it poses a risk to children. I can provide pictures if necessary showing the issue.
