The product, in the report: Product: crib Purchased through Wayfair on 11/26/2018. Manufacturer/Store name on Wayfair: Three Posts Baby & Crib Model on Wayfair: Essex 4-in1-Convertible Crib
12 month old was put to sleep in his crib at bedtime. When waking in the morning, the baby was found lying underneath the padded headboard of the crib. The padded headboard was manufactured to be affixed to the wooden part of the headboard with two sided tape.
There was no harm to the 12 month old. However, this certainly could have caused death to a newborn.
