The product, in the report: Alma Mini Crib. 37” wide x 19.5” deep x 33” high Height from teething rail to floor: 33”
My baby’s foot and leg gets stuck in the slats of the Alma Mini crib. The crib is small but the manufacture claims that is it safe for use up to twelve months. My baby is four months and this is the 5th incident in the last week. Although the company complies to federal regulation in regard to slat width, the crib is too small for a baby that is mobile. I this this crib would be safe for a baby up to 3 months not more. Once my baby can move his arms and legs, he hits the side of the crib and that’s when the leg or arm gets stuck and he begins to cry.
The company should consider changing their claim from 12 months to 3 months. With the price of the crib so high consumers need not know about its safe before making a huge investment that will only last 3 months.
