The product, in the report: This is a Delta LUV crib with trigger locks and sliding sides. The.retro fix to the bottom of the rails were attached and prevents the side rail from detaching. However, the trigger locks need replacement because they allow the top of the side rail to detach and enable entrapment of the infant. The Model is 46201. The Serial is 96067.

Delta baby crib with trigger locks and sliding side rails. While the retro fix for the bottom of the sliding rails were installed, the trigger locks need replacement. The bottom of the sliding side rail does not deviate from the guides because of the retro fix. However, the top of the sliding side rail DOES deviate from the guides and the same danger of infant entrapment can occur.

Replacement trigger locks can prevent this.
