I bought a 3 inch baby mattress to place inside a pack & play. There was a card that was sent with it to register it for safety alert or a recall. I tried to use the email provided ([REDACTED]) and that is not valid. The manufacture contact information is Hefei Zeding E-commerce Co., Ltd. I am concerned about this. Is this a safe product for a baby?
