The product, in the report: Serta Organic Changing Table Pad (Perfect Balance Contour Pad) manufactured by LaJobi, Inc. 4x16x32 inches purchased at Babies R Us
I was changing my daughter’s diaper and have a Serta Organic Contour Changing Pad on her dressing table. It was manufactured by LaJobi, Inc. There is a canvas-like strap that is to be used to hold babies down. My daughter was able to pull the strap completely out of the clip while it was snapped shut. She then rolled over and fell off of the pad a couple of feet to the floor. The strap very easily comes unattached from the clip allowing even young children (9 months) the ability to roll and fall off. I was standing right near her when it happened and didn’t react fast enough when she rolled. The strap/restraining feature is just not safe because it doesn’t actually do its job.
