The product, in the report: Peekapoo - Disposable Changing Pad Liners (50 Pack) Super Soft, Ultra Absorbent & Waterproof - Covers Any Surface for Mess Free Baby Diaper Changes Size: 23.6x17.7 Inch (Pack of 50) Sold by Wellforia Health From Amazon.com
I was using the Peekapoo disposable changing pad liners from Amazon to line the changing pad for my baby. As I was organizing them in a drawer I noticed one was contaminated with what looks like blood or some sort of substance. It even looks like something was squished into the fabric. The contamination is embedded into the pad. This is very disturbing as this product was used for my baby. I had already used pads from the same batch. The product was used as a liner to change baby’s diaper. No injuries have been noted so far, except for emotional distress. These pads were also kept in a drawer with my baby’s diapers.
