The product, in the report: Naturepedic MC46 Organic Breathable 2-Stage Crib mattress white 14 lbs Approximately 27 1/4” x 51 5/8” x 6”. Fits standard size cribs and toddler beds. MC46 contains mattress + breathable cover.

I had the MC46 Organic Breathable 2-Stage - Crib mattress from Naturepedic. I had been using it for approximately 2 months and my son was 5 months old. There was already a baby shaped dip in the mattress. I reported the issue to Naturepedic on January 30, 2025 and they replaced the mattress for free. After using the second mattress for only a month, there was already a dip forming. I reported it to Naturepedic again on March 4, 2025 and they claimed the issue was minor.
