The product, in the report: Moonlight Slumber Little Dreamer Crib Mattress
I have had gap issues with the Moonlight Slumber Little Dreamer Crib Mattress, I’ve already had it replaced once, as there were 3 finger width gaps on the top and side of the crib (after using for about 6 months) and I was worried about my baby’s safety since the crib manual states no haos should be present. The manufacturer won’t replace it again (which is fine, whatever), but I just feel like this shouldn’t be happening after only a few months. Customer service said they haven’t had anyone else with this issue and I just thought I’d report it here in case anyone else has had a similar issue. I told them I’d be happy to send in the damaged mattress for testing, but they don’t seem to want to address the safety concerns of the problem. They said it must be damaged from too tight of a mattress pad… pictures below of mattress, issue, and mattress pad used. I will purchase a new mattress but don’t want others to face the same unsafe problem.
