Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Monarch Mattress by Colgate exclusively sold at Buy Buy Baby Model #: MN612 Prototype ID: COL336

Our 10 month old baby started screaming in the middle of the night. When we went into her room we found that a string from the mattress was wrapped around her neck. It was chocking her. We cut it from her neck and now she has bruising and cuts all along her neck. This mattress was purchased at Buy Buy Baby.
