  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 18, 2013, sent to the company Dec 27, 2013, published by CPSC Jan 13, 2014

The product, in the report: Soft, padded cover protects baby keeps baby from chewing on expensive crib rails. You can change toys and teethers easily with [fastener] toy tabs.Attaches to the crib with [fastener].Fits convertible style cribs.Measures 5025 by 1750 by 25”. Color of product is off white.

I bought two of the Easy Teether XL Convertible Crib Rail Cover by Leacho last month at Buy Buy Baby because my twin boys were chewing on the wood of their cribs rails. Well yesterday on 12/17/13 when my sons were suppose to be napping my one son [REDACTED] somehow either got the product off himself or it fell off into the crib. Me and my husband were in the other room when 5mintines later after we pull him down he was screaming. We walked in and the whole product was around his body and the part with the [fastener] strip was around his neck slightly choking him. I never been so scared in my life.Im extremely upset and now a nervous reck. This product needs to be off the mark. I will never buy from this company ever again. And I will be spreading the word about this product. I wrote to them and told them what happened they said they will refunded me but it still need to be off the mark. It could have choked my son or even both my sons middle of the night when I was sleeping I never knew. This product a big safety hazed.
