The product, in the report: Organic Stokke Sleepi mattress
I purchased an organic Stokke crib mattress by Ecobaby from online retailer Heaven & Nature Organics While the mattress is generally high quality, I have some safety concerns. Much like the photos in the complaint filed with the Consumer Products Safety Commission (the CPSC) and accessible on saferproducts.gov linked here, http://www.saferproducts.gov/ViewIncident/1209589, there is a large gap between the mattress and my [REDACTED] crib. I have tried to put blankets in the gap, but they tend to shift in the night and my son has gotten stuck on several occasions.
