The product, in the report: The site has crib bumpers, incline baby sleepers, pillows marketed for newborns, padded sleep nests, and other unsafe/banned products.

A family member told me they ordered an “FDA registered” heartbeat sleep bear for my child. I didn’t believe that such a thing existed, so I looked it up, and found this site selling crib bumpers and baby incline sleepers, as well as other very unsafe infant sleep products, which they are illegally shipping to the US.
