Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Blissful Diary Vegan Leather Baby Changing Pad

Insufficient height on the side of the diaper table Baby Changing Pad can cause babies to fall and drop!

It really scared me, on June 8, 2024 when I was using this product I put my baby on it and I bent down to get the diaper and all of a sudden all of a sudden I heard a big thud and my baby fell down along with the product, luckily I caught it. My baby was very badly shocked and to this day my baby still cries from time to time!

I then checked the information, this product does not comply with the national mandatory regulations and does not comply with ASTM-F2388, requesting the cpsc compliance officer to conduct a spot check.
