The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Simplicity (I believe made by Graco) 3-in-1 bassinet/cradle. It is Green and beige in color with two layer skirts. Frame is beige with basket underneath. Label says dimensions are L33”xW17”xH11”

I put my son in the bedroom to sleep for the night in the bassinet he has used since birth. It is a simplicity 3-in-1. The bar which collapses to convert to a co-sleeper has given us problems the entire time. It doesn’t seem long enough to be secure when used as a regular bassinet. I heard my son crying several minutes later, went into the room and felt into the bassinet to pick him up and he wasn’t there! I screamed, turned on the light and there he was, on the floor and the bar I spoke of was hanging down!
