The product, in the report: From Amazon.com : The Peanut Bassinet for Smart Stroller by phil&teds is designed for baby facing you for intimacy and bonding. Move your sleeping baby from the stroller without waking while giving them plenty of room to grow in supreme comfort. Breathable open weave fabrics for all seasons and climates keeps baby cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Suitable from newborn to approximately nine months and can accommodate up to 20 pounds.

Regarding the Phil&Teds Peanut Bassinet for Smart Stroller:

We have used this product only a handful of times. It is advertised also as a sort of carrycot, it has handles to transport a newborn (up to 20 pounds) in the bassinet. Rarely do I use this feature, usually I just carry my 9 pound six-week old son in my arms and exclusively use the bassinet attached to the stroller. This evening we took it into a restaurant, just the bassinet part, carried it from the car to the restaurant by its handles and set it down near me so I could lay my son down if he fell asleep. Ideally, baby is safely and soundly transported by carrying him in the bassinet by its handles and back to the car. Thankfully, he woke up and I removed him from the bassinet. I then grabbed both handles of the bassinet to pick it up (with nothing in it!) and one of the handles broke! I cannot bring myself to imagine what could have happened to my son, or anyone else’s baby, if he had been in it! This item must be recalled before anyone gets hurt.
