  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 13, 2012, sent to the company Sep 20, 2012, published by CPSC Oct 4, 2012

The product, in the report: The Dream on Me Lullaby Cradle Glider gently and with a gliding side to side motion soothes your newborn just like a Lullaby. Great for bedside sleeper but can be utilized in any room as the four hooded casters make for easy movement and lock for added safety. Inner dimensions of the Cradle measure 34.5 x 20.5 and includes a mattress pad. Gently glide newborn to sleep then stop the motion whenever needed. Cradle is made of solid pine and has a lead-free, non-toxic finish. Natural in color. Assembly required. ASTM Certified

We purchased the Dream On Me, Lullaby Cradle Glider from Sears. This item was shipped to us and we put it together exactly to the directions included with it. The first night my grandson slept in it, the bottom of the cradle slid out of the slots that were suppose to hold it in place and our grandson fell out onto the floor! We had tested the strength of the bottom of the cradle after it was put together and it seemed to be good. During the night, when our grandson became fussy, his mom began to “rock” the cradle, that is when we believe the bottom slid loose. We could have had a very horrible outcome, but we were blessed, our grandson was only scared, not harmed - but we would like to inform other parents and grandparents of this problem with the product.
