The product, in the report: Kinder King Portable baby bassinet with wheels, all-mesh bedside sleeper

I have a bedside sleeper bassinet I received while pregnant and am now using for my newborn. It has an uneven surface which makes it tilt and my newborn ended up face-first into the non-mesh zipper side (the side that faces the bed). I am using it as directed and I tried using it completely zipped up and it made no difference. This poses a suffocation risk
