The product, in the report: Graco Cuddle Cove™ Removable Seat, sold with pack and play

I recently saw a mom trying to sell a cuddle cot, that was originally sold with a pack and play. I tried to inform her of the new laws against inclined sleepers, and she stated it was a chair, not a bed, then later she referred to it as a bassinet, then argued it wasn’t inclined but flat which it is not.. PLEASE recall these stupid dangerous items! I warned parents about the [REDACTED] when it came out, and it was recalled, One child has stopped breathing in one of these already to my knowledge and needs to be removed.

The product, in the report: Graco My-View 4-in-1 Bassinet

Bassinet does not lay flat, certainly more than 10 degree. Mattress pad folds in thirds and the top and bottom sections rest on metal poles that cause it to have an incline at both ends

The product, in the report: Graco Dream Suite Bassinet (model # 1957236, manufacture date 10/07/2016)

The bassinet surface buckels in the center causing it to sag unevenly, which in turn forces my newborn into the right side wall of the bassinet. THIS IS A MAJOR SUFFOCATION HAZARD! The mesh window on the walls of the bassinet are placed to high, so her face is forced into the padded, non-breathable wall of the and therefore she is unable to breath safely.

The product, in the report: Graco Pack ‘n Play® Day2Dream™ Playard & Bedside Sleeper MODEL# 2034085

This report is for Graco Product Pack ‘n Play® Day2Dream™ Playard & Bedside Sleeper MODEL# 2034085.

On the afternoon of 03/10/19 our 2 month old child was sleeping in the bassinet device that came with this set. Out of no where we heard him screaming/crying at the top of his lungs. When we checked on him, we noticed his foot was completely covered in blood. Upon inspection of his bassinet it appears that the pad of his pinky toe some how got cut by the mesh screen that surrounds this bassinet.

His injury did not require hospitalization, but it did slice a rather large piece of skin from the bottom of his toe.

Graco has been contacted in regards to this complaint. Pictures have been taken.
