The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Its a bassinet for a baby. I purchased the Billia Bassinet and stand in the color Mole. Stock photos for all of the bassinets are without a liner as well.

Design dua bassinet product description is not clear that a liner is required and is a safety hazard if not included. Description can be read as should a liner be used, it should be the one they sell. Works like works with is not clear its a requirement. Resulted in my baby getting injured. Customer service states that the one bullet point was sufficient that a liner is not only required but also a safety hazard if not used. This is completely false.
