  1. No one hurt

Made Apr 26, 2012, sent to the company Jul 12, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 2, 2012

The product, in the report: Wooden Bedside Cradle

The cradle is under CAP# 99-020A. The consumer has one of the products mentioned in the recall, but wanted to point out that there are other problems that are not mentioned in the recall.

(1998) When the consumer’s son rolled over against the side slats, the full top assembly and the side slats, all came out of the holes that they were secured into. The consumer caught her son in time and he did not fall out of the cradle. There were no injuries. The consumer discontinued use of the cradle, but she still has it.

(4/26/2012) The consumer was looking at the CPSC website, when she discovered that the cradle she has was included in recall CAP# 99-020A. The legs on the cradle that she owns have become loose, but there have not been any incidents, because the consumer stopped using it back in 1998.
