The product, in the report: Angelbliss Baby Bassinet , gray, with fabric shelf on the bottom.

My baby was always leaning toward the zipper side of the bassinet. I thought maybe she was some how not flat with her swaddle. Soon I realized it always happened and the mattress is not completely flat. The baby can roll in to the sides as a newborn who cant roll.

The product, in the report: ANGELBLISS Baby Bassinet Bedside Sleeper, Easy Folding Portable Bassinet for Baby with Wheels, Adjustable Height, Included Mattress Color: Beige Brand: ANGELBLISS Product Dimensions: 37”L x 22”W x 32”H Material: Polyester, Aluminum, Mesh Finish: Aluminum https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09CCLMJ5Q?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_dp_8YC556PHCZ5JN74FYW4Z

I have been putting my 2mo old baby in what was marketed as a bassinet for sleep since I brought her home from the hospital on 11/17/2022. She always leaned towards the side that can unzip for easy access to the baby. I thought it was her rolling over to her side until 01/19/2023. I realized the product was not flat and it was forcing her to lean to her side during her sleep, as other products such as her [REDACTED], she stayed on her back. Online, the product states it meets ASTM F2906 standards, the product tag claims it is a bassinet, but the manual does not state it is a bassinet, nor did it come with a certificate or acknowledgement of any form from CPSC.

Injuries that could happen are suffocation or death.
