The product, in the report: toddler training potty, green and white- model CK055 9.2 inches high, 12.8inches wide, and 13.9inches long 1 pound in weight
My 15month old son just got his first potty so that we could begin potty training. His potty is kept in the living room so that we could intermittently assist with reminders to “go to potty”. The potty top came off for disposing the urine/feces when the potty has been used. This left a large hole in the main structure. This hole my son became lodged/stuck in and we had to ultimately cut him out. He was severely distressed and it caused scratches and redness/warmth injuries to ears and neck/shoulders. I don’t believe this product should continue to be sold d/t this manufacturing defect. This could potentially restrict the rise/fall of the chest required for breathing or potentially cause a fracture. I do have pictures and video of this incident.
