The product, in the report: Jool Babys On My Own Potty Ladder - Gray and white 15.5in x 14in x 3.8in 2lbs Holds up to 40lbs

Ive purchased a Jool Baby On My Own Ladder Potty from our local Target. As my toddler was stepping down the ladder potty the rung cracked and broke causing him to lose his footing and falling to the ground. He hit the side of his face and head on the floor. The product is very flimsy and wobbly.

The product, in the report: Jool Baby On My Own Potty Ladder

My 2.5 year old was using the Jool Baby On My Own Potty Ladder when the step used to access the seat broke under her. As a result, my toddler fell down and the sharp plastic left massive, severe scratches down her back, drawing blood. These scratches are about 10+ inches long from her buttcheeks to her shoulder blades. There was no indication that the step was going to break and this product was being used as intended. She is about 32 pounds and the weight limit on the seat is 40 lbs.

The product, in the report: Jool Baby On My Own Potty Ladder in gray. UPC 810126710017 TCIN 89854033

Our son was using the Jool Baby On My Own Potty Ladder, which is a potty chair, at our home. He was just about to turn 3, and still under the weight limit. As he moved forward to get off of the potty chair, the base of his penis caught on the splash guard and it cut him. We contacted his pediatrician and have the records from that call, and were ultimately able to stop the bleeding. It took a further two weeks to heal and he now has a scar. I did not provide a picture of his injury as it is on his penis, though we did send a picture to the pediatrician.
