The product, in the report: The product is an Ingenuity Potty Pot (Model: 17504). The color is white and designed (per the label) for 18M-50lbs.
We were using an Inguity/Kids2 Potty Seat (Model: 17504). I was with my 2-year old son trying to potty-train him. He tried to get up, slipped/fell off the potty seat, and suffered a genital injury (torn skin and gash on base of penis). We had to go to the ER to get emergency stitches for a deep gash on his penis shaft. We also visited an urgent care center, who advised to go to the ER for immediate care. While it happened fast, it is strongly suspected the splash guard caught my son’s genital area and caused the gash that required medical attention.
