The product, in the report: https://www.amazon.com/Toddlers-Handles-Comfortable-Anti-Slip-Excellent/dp/B07DHN1FK9/ref=sr_1_4?crid=DSE85BRQ97V8&keywords=alayna+potty+seat+with+step+stool+ladder&qid=1577486823&sprefix=alayna%2Caps%2C303&sr=8-4

My 2 year old son has been working on potty training. 2 days ago he started climbing and descending the ladder by himself. Yesterday, on the second day, he was injured by this product when he tried to get off of the toilet after he urinated. As he slid forward, his penis got under the lip of the front seat area, which is razor sharp and he suffered a semi-circular laceration around the shaft of his penis. We took him to the emergency room and where he was treated for his injury.

We have a follow-up with his pediatrician next week.
