The product, in the report: Battery operated SMiLE Switches are a fun way to add light! The SMiLE Switch’s happy face and nose “switch” alone will brighten up any room. Battery operated so there is no need for an outlet, giving you the freedom to place anywhere. Simply attach the SMiLE Switch to the wall with the included Velcro strip. Turn the nose “on” and the LEDs will emit a soft yellow light. Peel the light off when you want to take the light with you. It is that easy. Perfect as a nightlight, in the bathroom, entryway or hallway! http://www.timeconceptinc.com/smile-switch-night-light-black.html

I am a [REDACTED] member of the [REDACTED] This week a client told me that her daughter, took the batteries out from the lamp and almost ate one. The lamp doesn’t have screws on the battery cover as they should if it is a product sold to children.
