The product, in the report: 120V-60Hz 0-3W night light
My daughter noticed a strange toxic odor on the second floor of her house. Upon investigation she found the odor coming for a night light in my grandsons room. The fixture was very hot when it was removed from service. The unit was given to me and upon opening the unit it was discovered the insides were melted. She likely removed it just before it would have caught fire.
The unit involved is a AmerTac Model #75153. ETL Intertec Listed number 315617
