The product, in the report: LED Iridescent Bear Light, Model LD0030, by Room 2 Room
My granddaughter had this toy turned on and the switch caught fire while she was sleeping. The fire caused damage to her headboard on her bed, her charger, her fingers. Had she not woke up after smelling the burning her entire apartment probably would have burnt down, taking her, her fiance and dog with it. The toy/object was a LED Iridescent Bear Light, Model LD0030 from Room 2 Room distributed by 1616 Holdings Inc, 701 Market St, Suite 200, Philadelphia PA 19106. She purchased it at the $5 store in Maplewood MN.
