The product, in the report: Disney Princess Nightland .3 watt LED with matching light switch cover UPDATE Amertac LED NITE LITE / NIGHT LIGHT & WALLPLATE - DISNEY PRINCESS UPC – 070686960523 Model: D1121C

On 20 Feb 2015 at approximately 6pm my daughter (9 year old) was in her room when she saw her Disney Princess LED night instantaneously burst into flame. I was in her room within 10 seconds and the nightlight was completely on fire and sparking from inside the nightlight between the 2 metal plugs. I pulled out the nightlight immediately and it continued to burn for a few seconds until I could put it out. The whole incident lasted no longer than 20 seconds and in the time it melted through the socket cover, melted the plug outlet and started the wall on fire. If we had not been in the room at the time the fire would have gotten into the wall as in just 20 seconds it had already started to burn behind the wall socket.
