The product, in the report: Cloud b Twilight Ladybug®
We have used the Cloud B Twilight Ladybug® for a few years, hoping to pass it on down to our new infant when our almost four-year-old is done with it. Tonight as our oldest was pulling it close to turn on the lights, the Ladybug’s antenna fell of in my his hand. The size and shape of this piece seems like it could be a dangerous choking hazard for infants/toddlers and did not appear to be properly secured in the first place. It appears that it was only secured with glue and not thread.

The product, in the report: Cloud B Twilight Ladybug Constellation Nightlight. Following information is from the Babies R Us website (where it was purchased from). Item #: 346134 SKU: 27CB1020 UPC/EAN/ISBN: 872354007512 Manufacturer #: 7353-ZZ
My daughter (10 months old) has the Cloud B Twilight Ladybug Constellation Nightlight. The following information is from the Babies R Us website, which is where I got it from: Item #: 346134. SKU#: 27CB1020. UPC/EAN/ISBN: 872354007512. She was sitting next to the ladybug today and when I looked down, she was chewing on something....I reached my finger in her mouth and pulled out the ball from one of the antennea on the ladybugs head, which the head and antennea are stuffed animal material. I was confused as to how she got it off, and I slightly pulled on the other antennea, and with literally barely any effort on my part, I was able to pull the ball off of that side as well. I cannot believe how easily these antennea just broke up and she could have easily choked on this if I had not seen it right away.
