We have a BRIGHTWORLD Moon Lamp Galaxy Lamp 5.9 inch 16 Colors LED 3D that is used as a nightlight. We used it for several months with no issue. This morning it was plugged in but not turned on and we discovered that that electrical components inside had exploded and broke through the lamp. It looks like it was on fire as well.
