The product, in the report: I purchased the MiniBiker Bike Seat on June 19, 2026. It is a seat that attaches to an adult bike so that adults and kids can ride together. On July 6, 2026, while we were riding, my sons foot restraint strap broke during normal use. The circle caps that keeps the straps in fell out during the ride. Once the strap failed, my son’s foot slipped between the bike frame and wheel of my husband’s bike, causing my husband and son to flip over and crash. As a result, my son suffered significant dental injuries, including severe damage to both of his front teeth. He was evaluated by an ambulance team and required urgent follow-up care with a pediatric dentist. Due to the fall, he had to have one of his front teeth extracted. The other tooth is chipped and still lodged in his gum. We have a follow up appointment with the dentist for additional x-rays and next steps. My husband also injured his wrist in the incident.
