The product, in the report: BOb’s Revolution SE Single Stroller Registration number NC3159(CN) Model Bob’s Revolution SE Stroller EA006160
I was pushing my daughter during a slow jog and the carriage made a noise as if the wheel was struggling. Then the wheel popped off causing the entire carriage to fall forward with my daughter landing on the street. I landed on top of the carriage and on top of my daughter. we were both injured with cuts on our legs.
A similar incident happened a couple of years back where my daughter injured her head as she fell forward out of stroller and hit head on pavement.
