The product, in the report: Sorelle Princeton Elite crib and changer 4 in 1
I purchased a convertible Sorelle crib in 2008 for twins I was expecting. Sadly, I lost them due to preterm labor. The crib was never assembled and stated in its box until 2018 when we were expecting a baby boy. He used the crib for 3 years, converting it to each stage of growth as he needed it. Last year we decided to take it down to its final stage, known as [REDACTED]’s big boy bed. The crib we bought was supposed to convert and be able to be used for a long time, as its final.stage is a full size bed. We purchased the conversion kit directly from Sorrelle. Since it was so mamy years, the original cherry color was not available, not a huge concern. When it was being assembled, of course it seemed as it wasnt going to work. Fast forward to the end- there literally is a 7 inch gap after putting the mattress on it. I had to put the crib mattress in the hole to the floor so it can be used. My son was devoted to sleeping in his new bed, there was no other way. Also, the wood colored blocks that were sent in kit stick out and are not flush with the rails. I contacted the company, they arent too concerned. They did send the espresso color so we could switch out, but we are not interested in taking it all apart again. I am needing your help in the matter. Please help! I am seeking a refund or partial for crib, and full refund of new rails. This is a HUGE issue...my son would potentially get stuck, fall in to hole or get a limb stuck...unacceptable in my book.
