Our baby had woken up from a nap and me and my husband went upstairs to get him and when we got up there he was standing and chewing on the rail of the crib (normal behavior for a baby who is teething). My baby had paint chips in his mouth (quite possibly swallowed/ingested), on his face, his hands, and flakes found on the crib mattress as well. I have pictures of him doing it and the paint chips . I am reporting because this is a huge safety problem. My baby should not be ingesting paint. We can’t afford another crib right now so we don’t know where to put him to sleep. We have been using a [REDACTED] which is not good support for his growing body.

The product, in the report: Davinci Dylan Folding Portable 3-In-1 Mini Crib And Twin Bed - White
We purchased the Davinci Dylan Folding Portable 3-In-1 Mini Crib And Twin Bed on February 23rd, 2023 and have only been using it since April 28th and today it completely fell apart. The threaded insert that is supposed to hold the screws and crib together completely striped themselves out of the hole and the crib literally collapsed on itself. Luckily, my 2 month old baby was not in the crib at the time because this could have led to a catastrophic outcome. This product is completely unacceptable and unsafe for any baby to be in. Cribs for babies can not just fall apart after 2 months of basic use.
