The product, in the report: Item# 16901 Nolan 4-in-1 Convertible crib carter’s by DAVINCI

-Bolts in crib (where baby can access them) coming loose/out, on their own. - Item# 16901 | Nolan 4-in-1 Convertible crib | carter’s by DAVINCI -I own two of these beds, both are experiencing this issue; two beds, two children, ages: 1 year old, 3 years old -Used only for sleep -No injuries, but they absolutely could occur. One bolt fell out, I then noticed some more “hanging out”. I was able to screw and unscrew some of them without a tool. My baby could VERY EASILY swallow these, I was able to turn the bolt with little to no effort with a single finger... bolts are small (3/5” Allen Head Bolt). I removed the 10/16 loose bolts on crib 1, and 2/16 on crib 2 to prevent any injuries, they are not integral for the structure, merely decorative at this point. -The possibility of swallowing a bolt/foreign object
