Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Apr 12, 2021, sent to the company Apr 15, 2021, published by CPSC Apr 29, 2021
The product, in the report: Item(s) Subtotal: $228.65 Babyletto Origami Mini Portable Crib with Wheels in Lagoon, 2 AdjustableMattress Positions, Greenguard Gold Certified
Our 3 year old fell and hit his head on the caster wheel break lever of our Babyletto Origami Mini Portable Crib with Wheels. We had to bring him to urgent care and glue the puncture wound closed. I would suggest they change the casters so that the brake on position is down, not up. Most of the time we would have brakes on so it’s far safer to keep the lever position down so no sharp edges are exposed. Perhaps a softer rubber than sharp plastic would be better too. I contacted the company to review this with them and they did not respond.

No incident, no one hurt Made Apr 5, 2021, sent to the company Apr 9, 2021, published by CPSC Apr 23, 2021
The product, in the report: Babyletto Origami Mini Portable Crib with Wheels in White, 2 Adjustable Mattress Position
Inadequate materials lead to the leg of the crib cracking above the caster. Additionally, the paint is chipping off the railing and vertical bars.
