Purchased this item from OnbuBaby (www.onbubaby.com) (owner [REDACTED]) on July 13th, 2015 under the assumption this carrier had passed all required safety and compliance testing as required by law. I was informed on September the 15th that this carrier/onbubaby/[REDACTED] had not, at the time of my ordering the carrier and to my knowledge still has not passed the required compliance. In addition the carrier is already starting to pull apart where the straps meet the bod of the carrier after very little use (less than 10 times).
