The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

    Good day

I would like to express my dissatisfaction of your kangaroo bag.

Yesterday, we put our baby in it, and then the plastic broke and my son fell. See annexed photos of the injuries to his face.

It says that it keeps up to 20lbs, but my baby is 5 months old and he only weighs about 13lbs.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for not properly testing all your products before you sell same to the public. My baby could’ve been more seriously injured and you wouldn’t have even known how unsafe your products are.

I hereby inform you that I am going to lay a complaint at the Health and Safety Regulations Board in New York.

I would also state the following statement on your website is absolutely false:

“Are our products safe? We have one of the best safety records in the industry. Our QC Director is the former head of juvenile testing for one of the major independent testing labs. Our General Counsel is an expert in product compliance and regulatory standards. Our number one priority is to produce safe, compliant products for our customers.”

Kindly note that I have also sent a request to United States – Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall your product.
